ASAP is a program committed to supporting the academic mission of the university by providing a variety of programs and services aimed at creating a "seamless" transition between the classroom and residence halls.
Academic Support Residents
These peer advisors are trained in study skills, time management, test-taking strategies, and campus resources. They assist other hall residents to develop these skills and the knowledge necessary to be successful academically at CU.
Academic Tutors
Tutors provide help in specific courses or subject matter to students in the residence halls. Tutors must excel in the subject areas they are tutoring.
Tutor Coordinators
Tutor coordinators recruit, train, coordinate, evaluate, and assign tutors to specific students. They assist the residence life coordinator for academic support with activities related to student success.
