In every hall, each floor has a resident advisor (RA), an upper-division student with the experience and the knowledge to help you get in step with campus life. They can answer your questions, and serve as a sounding board for your concerns and ideas. RAs are the primary contact person in each residence hall area or floor. Duties include student development, programming, emergency management, and policy enforcement.
