You need to set your TV up to receive all the channels available on the system. Use your on-screen remote menu button to do two things: (1) set your TV to recognize CATV channels instead of Off-Air signals; and (2) look for a menu choice like Auto-program or Ch.Setup. Once you do these two things your TV should scroll through all of the available cable channels. If you continue to have difficulty, check with a neighbor, RA or Resident Manager.

Everywhere else, call 5-HELP from a campus phone or 303-735-4357 from any other phone, such as your cell phone.

Make sure your co-ax connector cable is properly connected to the cable tv jack and the back of your TV. Also, check your video source setting on your TV.

Yes, but you need to contact the manufacturer or provider of your DVR for set-up instructions.

- What company provides the programming services?

In Williams Village, Family Housing, and College Inn all programming is provided by Comcast. In Bear Creek, programming is provided by DirecTV. Everywhere else, programming is provided by CU and Comcast.
