Alley Express, located in the Farrand residence hall, features hot and cold entrees, along with appropriate accompaniments. Entrees include all time favorites such as cheeseburgers and grilled chicken Parmesan sandwiches, as well as new additions like chimichangas, ravioli with marinara sauce, salads topped with tofu, and rotisserie chicken. The signature dish is the “Hot-Stuffed Wedge” (fillings vary by day). Alley Express is the only grab-n-go that serves breakfast Monday through Friday.
