Piazanos opened spring 2006 and quickly became one of the students' favorites due to the emphasis on 100 percent natural, and organic (when available) food and beverages. Located in the lobby of Cheyenne Arapaho Hall, Piazanos features both hot and cold entrees with accompaniments, including pizza, pasta, and wraps.
