Piazanos opened in the spring of 2006, and quickly became a favorite for students, staff, and faculty looking for a natural and organic (when available) option for lunch and dinner. Located in the lobby of Cheyenne Arapaho Hall, Piazanos features both hot and cold entrees with accompaniments including pizza, pasta, and wraps.
