In addition to other popular items, menus reflect numerous baked, steamed, and grilled options for the health conscious individual. Guests will find a bountiful supply of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereals, hormone-free low fat and skim milk, other dairy products, soy products, beans and legumes, fish, poultry, and lean meats including Coleman Natural ground beef and burgers. Dining Services' own bakery on campus creates and delivers a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts daily.
