Welcome! Family Housing has been called the best kept secret in Boulder because of its sense of community, its low price, and its proximity to campus, shopping, biking, hiking, and entertainment in town. Family Housing is a unique community. Residents are rich in knowledge and diversity, coming from over 60 nations.
Family Housing's priority is to provide housing for families, committed couples, and single parents. There are also a limited number of units for undergraduate students, who are over 21 years of age or have junior status (60 credit hours completed) at the time of move in, and for CU-Boulder staff, faculty, and visiting scholars.
