Residents can enter work order requests online at fixit.colorado.edu or by calling 303-735-5555 (on campus, 5-5555). Work hours for maintenance are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during the school year and 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. during the summer. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day for such things as a flood in the apartment, no heat in the winter season, or loss of water service by calling 5-5555.
