The resident manager (RM) position is demanding, challenging, and rewarding. It provides an opportunity to become a leader, ally, and role model within the family housing community.
Resident Managers
- provide information about resources and recreation in Family Housing, the university, and the Boulder area
- serve as a liaison between residents and Family Housing
- assist residents in resolving neighborhood conflicts
- provide information on programs and activities
- give residents access into their apartment if locked out
- change light bulbs outside the front door of apartments
- check out the keys to the community room, (rooms can be reserved through the Family Housing office)
- provide items for check-out (e.g. vacuum, dolly, shopping cart)
- issue temporary parking passes for visitors
