Resident Managers

The resident manager (RM) position is demanding, challenging, and rewarding. It provides an opportunity to become a leader, ally, and role model within the family housing community.

Resident Managers

  • provide information about resources and recreation in Family Housing, the university, and the Boulder area
  • serve as a liaison between residents and Family Housing
  • assist residents in resolving neighborhood conflicts
  • provide information on programs and activities
  • give residents access into their apartment if locked out
  • change light bulbs outside the front door of apartments
  • check out the keys to the community room, (rooms can be reserved through the Family Housing office)
  • provide items for check-out (e.g. vacuum, dolly, shopping cart)
  • issue temporary parking passes for visitors
