Residents pay a reduced tuition rate at the Children's Center that offers a high quality preschool and childcare program encouraging a healthy self-concept, independence, enthusiasm for learning, and positive attitude towards life.
All family members are eligible to receive a Buff OneCard, allowing free access to all Boulder and Denver buses. This includes the skyRide to Denver International Airport, light rail, and local busses with routes to and from campus.
Resident managers and maintenance personnel are available to help residents with their needs or concerns. Residents can also reserve community rooms for special events.
