Some of our oldest halls, like Sewall and Baker, resemble majestic country estates, with common areas featuring original stucco walls, flagstone floors, and huge stone fireplaces. One of the most central residences on campus, Farrand Hall, has a more casual feel and looks out over Farrand Field, a place where you can play volleyball in the spring and summer, and build snow forts in the winter.
