Housing & Dining Services

Williams Village

Apartment-style living can be found in the Williams Village apartments. A secure, clean, and comfortable area that offers all the opportunities for personal growth that come from living on your own. Though apartment living is often best suited for students who wish their social groups to remain small, Williams Village apartments also offer residence-wide social activities such as theme parties and outdoor sports competitions. Most apartments are two-bedroom units designed for four students, but very limited numbers of two- and three-student apartments are also available. All units are fully furnished, and a trained staff of student resident advisors is available for emergency assistance and resource referrals. Best of all, you can be sure that the landlord, CU-Boulder, understands student needs and circumstances.
