Substance Free Living and Learning Communities

Substance-free halls are those where all roommates agree to live a substance-free lifestyle: no smoking or other use of tobacco, no use of alcoholic beverages, no use of illegal drugs. Living a substance-free lifestyle means that all roommates agree to not return to the hall/room under the influence of any of these substances. (Note: The use of illegal drugs and misuse of alcohol are contrary to the achievement of residence halls goals. Staff will confront any resident identified as being in violation of laws or rules regarding the use of illegal drugs and/or misuse of alcohol.) Aden Hall, Willard Hall, and Darley South are as the designated substance-free areas.
