Before you apply
Before you can apply for housing, you must confirm your intent to enroll at CU-Boulder. Once you have confirmed, you are eligible to submit your application and receive a residence hall assignment. Priority for housing assignment is generally first-come, first-served, based on the date you submit your completed online housing application.
Next, browse through your options for Residential Academic Programs, Living and Learning Communities, and residence halls.
Things you will need
- Upon admission to the university, you will receive a CU Login name and Identikey to sign into the housing application. These are the same login credentials needed for Choose CU and CU Connect.
- Activate your IdentiKey! Login and activate your account.
- A valid credit card for deposit
- A digital copy of a passport photo. This photo will be used for your campus ID.

When to apply
The fall 2008/09 housing application will be available in late November, 2007.
