The Kittredge Community is Growing!

There are several major construction projects currently underway in the Kittredge Community. This includes:

Kittredge West: STATUS: Currently under construction with an estimated completion time of fall 2013

• Complete interior renovation
• New room configurations
• New building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, data)
• New public spaces, including a great room and study areas
• Classroom space and offices for a new Residential Academic Program
• New bathrooms, lighting, and finishes
• Expectations the renovated residence hall be be LEED Gold Rated

Kittredge Central: STATUS: Currently under construction with an estimated completion time of fall 2013

• Brand new residence hall in the old location of Kittredge Commons housing 264 students
• Classroom space and offices for new Residential Academic Program
• Large multi-functional room (capacity 250)
• New great room, study lounges, and lobby
• New outdoor features
• Expectation the new building will be LEED Gold Rated
