Program Focus
- Founded in 1987 with the goal of providing a shared living environment for students studying a wide range of fields related to engineering or the applied sciences. Current offerings include calculus work groups, late night breakfasts, and an ongoing workshop series featuring award-winning programs like Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream and The Pendulum Project
Who is Eligible
- Students studying engineering, the applied sciences, or mathematics
Program Details
- A community that's 60-65% engineering students, so you'll never have trouble finding someone to borrow a book from or study with
- A computer lab equipped with most of the programs you'll need for your engineering classes
- Free drop-in tutoring from 5:00pm-1:00am every weeknight
- Calculus work groups held in-house
- Late night breakfasts before each applied math exam

To Apply
- Select "Living a& Learning Community" and "Quadrangle Community (LLC)" on the program/hall assignment preferences section of the online housing application. Students studying engineering, the applied sciences, or mathematics who request and are assigned to the Quadrangle community are required to pay the fee
- Assignment to the program will be confirmed through written correspondence from Housing & Dining Services
