About the Program
Program Focus

Hosted by the College of Engineering, this new residential academic program will provide students enrolled in any course of study the opportunity to live in a creative, sustainable living environment while earning academic credit for their degree.
Who is Eligible

Undergraduate students with an interest in resource-efficient design, renewable energy, and environmental and social impacts of community development.

Focus on sustainability of both built and natural environments
- Multi-disciplinary approaches to addressing sustainability issues around the globe
- Engage students in projects that introduce qualitative and quantitative descriptions of the environment

To Apply
- Select "Residential Academic Program" and "Williams Village North - Sustainable by Design (RAP)" on the program/hall assignment preference section of the online housing application. A registration packet, schedule, and description of program courses will be mailed to you.
- Participation is mandatory for students that select and are assigned to the program. Assignment to the program will be confirmed through written correspondence from Housing & Dining Services.
